Aderet Fishbane is a filmmaker and poet making experimental documentaries about inheritance and embodiment. They are a recipient of the NBCUniversal Original Voices Accelerator Fellowship and their short films have screened both in the US and internationally.

Britney Ngaw is the Development Manager at MIX NYC, a Brooklyn-based filmmaker and technologist, passionate about supporting queer storytellers and building accessible technologies. Her experience spans film production and strategy and operations, including roles at Northwest Film Forum and DoorDash, where she worked with small businesses and growth initiatives. Britney is excited to strengthen community partnerships, connect with new queer organizations, and help grow MIX NYC’s network of supporters, artists, and collaborators.

Lewis is an Arts Administrator whose interests and experience span museums, film festivals, research and programming. Originally from the UK, Lewis is now based in London, working as the Naked Eye Auction Producer, bringing back one of MIX's most iconic fundraising events!

Matt is a Brooklyn-based researcher whose work focuses on arts education, public schools, and technoscience. Their research predominantly supports grant-funded programs in measuring and reporting outcomes. At MIX, they lead grant writing, grant oversight, and funder stewardship.
